Compliance software
Compliance software that runs your entire programme
Map controls once across every framework you need, attach evidence as you go, and give your auditor scoped access when the time comes. Certifyi replaces spreadsheets and scattered tools with one workspace.
Why teams move to Certifyi
Compliance teams spend most of their time on evidence collection, vendor chasing and audit prep. Certifyi automates the repetitive parts so you can focus on the decisions that actually reduce risk.
What compliance automation looks like in practice
Every module below is part of the same workspace. Controls, risks, vendors and evidence are linked, not siloed.
- Framework mapping
- Pick your frameworks from the catalogue. Each control maps once, and every framework you add later reuses that mapping. No duplicate work.
- Evidence collection
- Attach evidence to the control it supports. Integrations pull evidence from your stack automatically, and every version is kept.
- Continuous monitoring
- See which controls have current evidence and which are falling behind, in real time.
- Risk register
- Each risk with likelihood, impact, treatment and owner. Heatmaps show where your programme stands.
- Vendor risk management
- Onboard vendors, send questionnaires through a vendor portal, and track assessments against your own criteria.
- Audit-ready workspace
- Your auditor gets their own scoped portal with read-only access to the evidence for their engagement. No more emailing files.
Compliance automation
Automate the work that slows you down
Compliance management software should reduce the hours your team spends on manual tasks. Certifyi automates evidence collection from your existing tools, drafts questionnaire answers with AI for your team to review, and alerts you when controls fall out of date.
The result: your team spends less time on spreadsheets and more time on the decisions that matter.
- Automated evidence collection from AWS, Azure, GCP, GitHub, Jira and more
- AI-drafted questionnaire answers, reviewed by your team before sending
- Alerts when evidence is expiring or controls need attention
- Continuous monitoring that shows compliance posture in real time
- Policies with approval workflows, version history and acknowledgement tracking
Multi-framework
One control set, every framework
Most compliance software makes you manage each framework separately. Certifyi maps your controls once and shares them across SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, DORA, the EU AI Act and every other framework in the catalogue.
When you add a new framework, the controls you already have are mapped automatically. You only fill the gaps.
- SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2
- ISO 27001 and ISO 27701
- HIPAA
- GDPR
- DORA
- EU AI Act and ISO 42001
- PCI DSS, NIST CSF, CMMC and more from the catalogue
Built for scale
From first audit to enterprise programme
Certifyi works for a startup preparing its first SOC 2 audit and for an enterprise managing dozens of frameworks across regions. The same workspace, the same codebase, the same interface.
- Startups: get audit-ready fast, with guided onboarding and a clear path to your first report.
- Mid-market: manage multiple frameworks and a growing vendor list without adding headcount.
- Enterprise: group-level visibility, regional regulations and multi-entity compliance in one workspace.
Questions
Compliance software, answered
How long does it take to get audit-ready with compliance software?
It depends on the framework and your starting point. A startup preparing for its first SOC 2 Type 1 typically takes eight to twelve weeks. An organisation adding ISO 27001 to an existing SOC 2 programme moves faster because many controls already exist. The platform tells you what is done and what is outstanding.
Can compliance software replace our auditor?
No. Compliance software manages your programme: controls, evidence, policies and risk. The audit itself is performed by an independent auditor or certification body. What the software does is make the audit faster and cheaper by giving the auditor scoped access to organised evidence instead of a shared drive.
What happens when we add a second framework?
The platform maps the new framework's requirements to your existing control set. Controls that already satisfy a requirement are linked automatically. You only build out the controls that are genuinely new, which is typically 20 to 40 per cent of the framework.
Is compliance software worth it for a small team?
Yes, especially for teams under fifty people where the same person handles security, privacy and compliance. The software replaces the spreadsheet, tracks evidence deadlines, and generates the reports your auditor and your board expect, without adding headcount.
