Frequently asked questions
Do I need all eleven modules?
No. Every plan includes the shared control library, policies, risk register, evidence collection and trust center. Modules such as vendor risk, security questionnaires and AI governance are switched on when your scope needs them, without a separate licence.
Which integrations does Certifyi support?
Cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudflare), identity (Okta, Google Workspace), code and CI (GitHub, GitLab), ticketing (Jira, Linear, Asana), observability (Datadog) and collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Zoom). Ask about any tool not listed on the contact page.
Can we start with SOC 2 and add ISO 27001 later?
Yes, and that is the most common path. Because both frameworks share one control library, roughly 70–80% of SOC 2 evidence is reused for ISO 27001, which is why adding a framework does not trigger a new licence fee.
Is Certifyi software or a consultancy?
Both, deliberately. The platform automates evidence and keeps everything audit-ready; the compliance lead makes the decisions software cannot make for you. You get one written quote, based on scope.
