Partner programme
Work with your clients in Certifyi
We work with consulting firms, audit practices, managed service providers and technology companies whose clients use Certifyi for compliance and risk work.
Why partner
Your advice is easier to act on when it goes straight into the tool your client uses every day. As a partner, the controls, evidence and risks you work on sit in your client’s Certifyi workspace, not in a report on a shared drive.
Partner types
There are four kinds of partner. Each works with clients in a different way, so the support we give each one is different too.
- Consulting and advisory
- Firms that help organisations build, improve or fix their compliance and risk programmes. You set the approach, and the work is done in your client’s Certifyi workspace.
- Audit firms
- External auditors who run SOC 2, ISO 27001 and other certification audits. You get scoped, read-only access to the evidence for each engagement, so evidence does not travel by email.
- Technology and integration
- Companies whose products connect to Certifyi, such as cloud platforms, identity providers and endpoint tools. A joint integration means less manual work for customers you share.
- Managed service providers
- MSSPs and managed compliance providers who run GRC work for their clients. Each client keeps their own workspace and their own database.

Questions
Partnership questions
Is there a cost to join the partner programme?
There is no membership fee. Commercial terms, including any licence for your own practice, are agreed during onboarding and depend on your partner type and how you work with clients.
Do I need to be exclusive to Certifyi?
No. We do not ask for exclusivity. You can keep recommending whichever tool suits each client.
What training is provided?
Partners get platform training on the modules their practice uses. Your team works through the platform using real scenarios.
How does the auditor workspace work?
External auditors get scoped, read-only access to the evidence, controls and findings for their engagement. They can propose findings, which the client reviews.
Can MSSPs manage several clients?
Yes. Each client has their own workspace with its own database. We agree how your team accesses each client workspace during onboarding.
How does deal registration work?
You register an opportunity with the partnerships team. The commercial terms depend on your partner type and are agreed when you join.
